The sessions in this COVID-19 adapted block will focus on individual technical and physical capabilities. Each drill will be set up in a station system, and the field will be divided in five stations. The players will circulate to the next station as they complete a full task. They will spend up to 10 minutes at each station, mastering the different subtasks at different intensity and with different body parts (feet, chest, etc). Each station will require the players to be divided into pairs to perform the tasks, and after completion of a subtask, they will continue within the same station grouping until all sub-tasks have been completed by both players.
All work will be conducted at least 10 feet apart and there will be no physical contact between the players.
All sessions will be held at the Goose Gosling Pitch (BAA)
Each session has a maximum of 16 players to be split into 2 groups of 8 on the pitch.

We will be holding the technical training sessions in 6 week blocks to give us the flexibility to adapt our sessions according to Government and safety recommendations.
If any sessions during the 6 weeks are canceled due to weather or other reasons, we will notify parents immediately and reschedule the sessions to a later date to make up.
Players are recommended to train with the age group they will be playing with during next season (2020/2021). Please click HERE if you are unsure if your player will be moving up an age group next season and to see the 6 week dates for each session.
